We will perform an extensive search across the GCC and neighbouring markets to ensure that we find candidates that match 100% of the requirements needed by the client. The search is performed in such steps:

1. Receiving the mandate and Job specifications from the Client
2. Identification of potential candidates and shortlisting them for the assigned mandate
3. Presentation of at least 3 Shortlisted and validated profiles to the client, for each role
4. Receive the list of candidates shortlisted/approved by the CLIENT and co-ordinate the interview process
5. Conduct any assessments or reference checks, as and when required by the client.
6. Assist the CLIENT by way of co-ordination, in selected candidate’s offer acceptance and joining
7. We will use extensive personal networks in addition to existing databases to ensure that the best selection pool of candidates is available for the client.
