It was announced already and in a circular issues by Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation that the New year holiday for private sector will be on January 1,2018.

While, December 31 and January 1 have been declared New Year holidays for federal ministries and related entities, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) announced in a circular last December 12,2017.
