The legalized certificate then should be attested by the UAE Embassy in the home country or country of residence (Attestation). The final Attested certificate then should be stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE .
This process will only be applicable for the visa for the employee concerned and not his/her dependents. Those coming to the country on visit or tourist visas need not obtain these certificates.
